Reset & Recovery Yoga

A weekly mobility and breathwork class led by Dr. Sarah. Open to all members and guests — the antidote to a heavy training week.

We coach the bar,
not the brand.

Whether the goal is a powerlifting meet, a bodybuilding stage, a return from injury, or just learning how to load a barbell without inventing a back injury — the work is always specific.

Each member of every membership tier gets a free assessment to set the baseline: where you're moving well, where the bar is hiding leaks, and what the next six weeks should look like.

Founder & Owner

A lifelong powerlifter and second-generation gym builder. John runs the floor, programs for serious lifters, and is responsible for the equipment philosophy: built once, built heavy.

Founder & Owner

Tara built the business side of The Oceanside Gym while logging her own bodybuilding training. She handles operations, member experience, and on-the-floor coaching for newer members.

Recovery & Mobility

A chiropractor and yoga instructor who runs our Sunday Reset & Recovery class. Sarah's focus is keeping lifters lifting — joint integrity, breath patterning, and the small details that prevent the big setbacks.
