The Oceanside
Gym
Iron House · Bodybuilding · Powerlifting
Built in 1978. Rebuilt for 2024. No turf. No mirrors. Just steel — and a community of lifters who treat every set like it counts.
House Standard / 01
A serious gym for serious lifters.
We're an offshoot of San Clemente Gym, which has trained the North County faithful since 1978. The Oceanside Gym carries the same philosophy: strong floors, heavy iron, real coaching, and a community that shows up before the sun does.
We don't chase trends. We don't do classes-by-the-hour. We build a room where bodybuilders, powerlifters, and traveling athletes train alongside each other — because the bar doesn't care what you call yourself.

03
Bodybuilding
Plate-loaded machines, full dumbbell range, focused isolation spaces — no waiting on rigs.
04
Recovery
